New Legislation

The table below shows all legislation newly published to the SLD Enquiry System over the last seven days, most recently published first.

For the time being, the content of this table will consist partly of newly enacted legislation and partly of legislation from earlier years. The few items of primary legislation outstanding from 2001 and earlier that are listed in 'Update Status of Legislation' will be loaded as soon as they become available. In addition to these, the ‘back catalogue’ of secondary legislation held from 1991 to 2001 is being loaded. Broadly, our approach to this is to start with the most recent and work backwards, but there will be gaps until the completion of the exercise, which we expect to be during the early part of 2007.
