ACROSS THE WAIST AND THE UPPER STRAP
WAS WORN UNDER THE ARM.
ON 31/03/99 YOU SIGNED A LETTER
STATING THAT YOU WISH THIS MATTER TO
BE DEALT WITH BY A COURT HEARING.
